- Product list: We are the number one printers offering screen printing on textiles for tha apparel and home furnishing markets, especially short runs upto 6 colours. We use pigment, disperse and opaque links to meet various fastness requirements. Our discharge print on dark colours are the best to achieve softer handle. We can print on knitted and woven fabrics of 100% cotton, 100% polyester, polyster/cotton blends, cotton/polyester lycra, 100% nylon, nylon lycra and New Zealand's merino wool. We have in house design department to produce customer designs, create our own designs, or modify our existing designs to suite customers' requirements. This is fully computerised with facilities to produce films by large format inkjet printer. Customer can provide their designs on Zip, Floppy and CD Roms as long as they are saved as PC format. It can be in JPEG, BMP, Tiff, Illustrator AI, EPS or Photoshop PSD format as long as it has a repeat to achieve the machines 840mm repeat. It is possible to turn around new designs for sampling within 8 to 15 working days and bulk printing within 5 to 10 working days.
