DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE Whether you wish to remodel an existing ring or create something brand new, we consider it imperative to include you as much as possible. Our workshops are designed so that you can sit and relax while discussing your objectives. Where necessary we provide sketches and drawings so that you feel confident that we have understood your requests and can recreate your vision. Once you are satisfied with the design and you have chosen your stones or diamonds, the manufacturing process begins. Generally this can take three to four weeks, over which time we remain available for you to contact us regarding any matter to do with the jewellery REMODELLING Often a diamond ring you have had for years no longer represents your personal style the way it did when you bought it. We all know that jewellery is sentimental and usually provides a connection with loved ones. Our Jewellers are skilled in helping you decide on an appropriate design that utilises the material from your existing ring and creates something that reflects the person you are today. AFTER-SALES SERVICE We recommend that all our customers utilise our free polishing and inspection service.
