SOCIAL SERVICE Foster and collaborate for the improvement of community-based health care facilities, and to support and promote services of all kinds for those people in the community with a disability through Kaupapa Maaori. Promote the inclusion of kaupapa Maaori health models as an approach to assisting in the recognition of quality social service delivery. Strengthen and foster whakawhanaungatanga, in the planning and implementation of services for those with disabilities and their whanau through recovery Provide support toward sustainable employment Provide opportunities to engage meaningfully with communities, services and programmes of choice HEALTH AND DISABILITY TRAINING SERVICE Provide quality education and training health programmes that assist in providing a kaupapa Maaori workforce that health can be confident of.
