All products on display have been manufactured from New Zealand ancient Kauri found in swamps on farmland south of the Waipoua Kauri Forest in Northland. This timber has been carbondated by Canterbury University at 40,000 years old and is some of the oldest wood in the world. Ancient Kauri is darker and richer than freshly felled Kauri, and this together with it's historical and rarefeatures make it one of the world's most desired woods. Treat these articles as you would any precious furniture by keeping it out of direct sunlight and waxing occasionally. All products have a five year warranty over workmanship.
