  • Product list: The New Zealand Blood Service (NZBS) is a national not for profit organisation that collects blood donations from volunteer non-remunerated blood donors for the treatment of patients in New Zealand. NZBS needs to collect over 3,100 units of whole blood every week of the year to maintain a supply of blood and blood products for the healthcare of patients throughout the country. NZBS needs new donors. Only 4 % of New Zealanders currently donate blood, while 80% of New Zealanders will need blood or blood products during their lifetime. NZBS has 11 Donor Centres nationally, with Mobile Collection teams going out into the community and towns up to 5 days a week to collect blood.
