None was available within the local community, hence the first SKIDS programme was established. Within a very short time there were three programme operating on the North Shore. A decision was then made to franchise the business, and SKIDS has not looked back since. With over 20 afterschool care programmes and holiday programmes operating onsite throughout the Auckland area this franchise business has developed into a well known and respected service provider.
