At the end of a busy day you arrive at your dance class and in no time the stresses of the day are completely forgotten as dance becomes your main focus. The music is playing, the people around you are relaxed and having a good time and the feeling is highly contagious. This has to be one of the most enjoyable ways to increase your fitness and meet new friends and whats more at the end of your course you can take to the dance floor with confidence. Stepz teach you to dance in fun, friendly classes with a high level of experience and expertise. It is operated by three times undefeated New Zealand Professional dance champions, Michael Nicholas and Sonia Mansell. Their skilled team of teachers can take you to any level social, medals or competitive. Several of the Dancing with the Stars dancers started off in lessons run by Stepz at their school or in Stepz social classes and then became hooked. Stepz host dances and balls which attract dancers from many other studios and are a great way to enjoy dancing and to socialise. They also provide lessons for clubs, sports groups, school fundraisers and corporate team building.
