Many of her students have successfully completed Trinity College and Royal Schools examinations. Some of her students have even received the highest mark in their grade. As well as teaching privately she has taught in music schools around Auckland. With a unique approach that makes learning an enjoyment, she will be giving you clear guidance on how to improve your playing and master your instrument. Vanessa teaches beginners through to advanced students of any age. Vanessa holds a First Class Master of Music degree in Performance Violin from the University of Auckland. She has played in hundreds of concerts as a soloist and as an orchestral/chamber musician in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, U.S.A, Canada and France. She is part of an established ensemble, The Adesso String Quartet, which performs regularly. She has recently been in France where she played with the Orchestre 2021 in Paris. Since returning to Auckland, she has been working as a teacher and freelance musician.
