The Arline is a character 40ft kauri launch that has been providing a relaxing and highly successful fishing experience for many years in the Bay of Islands. Targeting snapper, gurnard, terakihi, john dory, porae and other bottom dwellers we occasionally also catch kawhai and kingfish. Depending on the season the variety can be large and varied. We cater for 1st timers, families and keen anglers. Bait, rods and reels are supplied along with plenty of shelter from the elements and a clean toilet. Skipper Terry Pike has 45 years experience in charter boat fishing in the Bay of Islands and is the Bays longest serving fishing skipper. He knows all the spots and the best time to try them. Pickups from Paihia Wharf and Russell Wharf (by arrangement). Five and a half hour trip for only $70 Adult, $40 Child (6-12 years). You will not get better value than this. Sole Charters available upon request.
